The apartment’s rooms are bright, sunny and have a nice hard wood floor. There are three single beds in the two bed rooms. The kitchen has a small table, and there is another dining table with chairs in the living room. Next to the entrance you will find a bench where you can relax or have a barbecue on sunny days. The owners of the house live on the ground floor with a separate entrance. You will have your own parking space on front of the house.
Maximum 3 people. The rental price of EUR 1.250.00 per month refers to the use of the apartment by two people. If the apartment is used by a third person, the monthly rent increases to EUR 1.500.00.
