Renting a furnished apartment in Hamburg – it’s that easy!
You have found an apartment you like on our website? Then get in touch with us via e-mail or telephone. We will answer all your questions and make an appointment for viewing the place. If desired, we will compile more suitable apartments in Hamburg for you. A second viewing of the apartment is generally possible.
As soon as you have made your decision, we will prepare the rental agreement and make an appointment for handing over the keys to you. We will show you everything you need to know about your new home – and then you can start moving in!
What costs are included in the rent?
In general the rent of our apartments is „all-inclusive“. That means costs for electricity, heating and water are already included in the monthly rent, as are the costs for internet / WiFi. You only have to pay a small fee for the final cleaning after you moved out of the apartment.
How long can I rent an apartment for?
In general, the minimum rental duration is 6 months, the maximum is 36. You will find detailed information about the rental duration in the exposé of each apartment – or just ask us.
Do tenants have to pay a commission?
No, all of our apartments are commission-free.
