Daily life in Hamburg

Hamburg is one of the happiest cities in Germany. According to the study „Glücksatlas 2020“ people living in Hamburg are especially content. This is also due to the fact that Hamburg is an exceedingly livable city. There are many great places for recreation: beautiful parks, the river Elbe or the impressive Alster in the middle of the city, which is great for water sports like sailing, rowing or stand-up paddling.

Hamburg is also famous for its cultural offerings: Its musicals, theaters and concert halls – above all the Elbphilharmonie – attract people from all over Europe, as well as the bustling night life in St. Pauli. As you can see, there many reasons to look forward to your temporary home!

If you are lucky to get one of the much sought-after concert tickets you will enjoy an unforgettable experience. But just viewing the building from the outside and the inside is also very impressive (tickets for your visit are available on www.elbphilharmonie.de).
