Can I cancel my contract or end the tenancy early because of updated Corona rules?
If you signed a temporary tenancy agreement it is not possible to terminate the tenancy early. In case of an open-ended tenancy agreement the contract can be terminated by giving up to three months’ notice. Please contact us for more details.
Can I view the furnished apartment despite the current Corona rules?
Yes, we offer viewing appointments in compliance with sanitary measures (wearing masks and keeping distance to each other).
How will the handover process take place?
For handing over the apartment, we will meet in apartment following the general rules of hygiene (wearing masks and keeping distance to each other).
